1. Provide a seamless switcher that shall support video resolutions up to 4K @ 60 Hz over HDMI, DisplayPort, and SDI inputs from multiple sources to Program and Preview HDMI and SDI outputs
   1. Rack-mountable switcher for HDMI, DisplayPort, and 12G-SDI source signals with or without embedded audio
   2. Video Input Requirements
      1. Shall provide six (6) female HDMI Type A connectors for digital video signals
      2. Shall provide two (2) female DisplayPort connectors for digital video signals
      3. Shall provide four (4) female BNC connectors for digital video signals
      4. Shall support HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 signals up to 4096x2160 @ 60 Hz with 4:4:4 chroma sampling, and 12G-SDI signals up to 4K/60 with 4:2:2 color sampling.
      5. Shall support 12G‑SDI, 6G‑SDI, 3G‑SDI, and HD‑SDI signals at data rates from 270 Mbps to 11.88 Gbps
      6. Shall automatically adapt to SMPTE and ITU digital video standards for SDI signals
      7. Shall provide buffering on BNC inputs
      8. Shall support genlock on BNC inputs
      9. BNC inputs shall provide loop-through
   3. Video Output Requirements
      1. Shall provide two (2) female HDMI type-A connectors
      2. Shall provide two (2) female BNC connectors
      3. Shall provide a range of selectable video output rates from 640x480 to 4096x2160 @ 60 Hz
      4. Shall support 12G‑SDI, 6G‑SDI, 3G‑SDI, and HD‑SDI signals at data rates from 270 Mbps to 11.88 Gbps
      5. Shall automatically adapt to SMPTE and ITU digital video standards for SDI signals
      6. Shall provide buffering on BNC outputs
      7. Shall support genlock on BNC outputs
      8. Shall support custom user-defined output resolutions via EDID management

   4. Audio Management Requirements
      1. Shall switch embedded multi-channel audio, along with video, to the Preview and Program HDMI and SDI outputs
      2. Shall provide two (2) 3.5 mm 5-pole captive screw connectors for Preview and Program audio output

      1. Shall support switching between input sources using front panel buttons

   7. HDCP Requirements - HDMI inputs
      1. Shall be HDCP 2.3 compliant
      2. Shall provide an option to disable HDCP processing at an HDMI input connection when passing unencrypted content
      3. Shall include technology to authenticate and maintain continuous HDCP encryption and key exchange between connected devices
      4. Shall provide selectable, human-readable visual confirmation of HDCP compliance when encrypted content is sent to a non-HDCP compliant display
         1. When enabled, the video output shall be a solid green color and an on-screen message stating “HDCP CONTENT” shall be displayed
