Overview

The Extron XTP FR HD 4K is an XTP^® receiver that enables extension of video, audio, bidirectional control, and Ethernet over one fiber optic cable. This HDCP-compliant receiver supports video signals at resolutions up to 4K with 4:4:4 chroma sampling. For streamlined integration, it provides selectable HDMI audio pass‑through, audio de‑embedding to digital S/PDIF or analog stereo audio outputs, and relays for room control. Ethernet extension and insertion of bidirectional RS‑232 and IR allow LAN access and AV device control at remote locations. Signals can be delivered up to 500 meters (1,640 feet) over OM4 multimode fiber optic cable and up to 10 km (6.21 miles) when using singlemode cable. The XTP FR HD 4K is ideal for XTP Systems^® that require secure, long‑haul distribution of pixel-for-pixel video, audio, and control signals.
