200 MHz Video Bandwidth
BNC Input and Output Connectors
Durable Metal Case Enclosure

The IN2065 is a high resolution video sync separator. This unit accepts input from high resolution composite monochrome video signals or RGsB (sync on Green) signals, removing the composite sync information from either signal type.

The IN2065 outputs three identical composite video signals and one composite sync signal.

View High Resolution Composite Video On RGB Displays - The IN2065 is commonly used to split composite monochrome video from a high resolution imaging source out to three equal video signals plus a separate composite sync. The three video outputs are connected to the display device's Red, Green, and Blue inputs and the Sync output is connected to the sync input. Feeding the same video signal to each of the Red, Green, and Blue inputs results in a gray scale image on the color display device.

Strip Sync Off RGsB Signals When the IN2065 is used to strip the sync off of RGsB signals, only the Green with Sync signal is connected to the IN2065. The Video 1 and Sync outputs from the IN2065 are connected to the display's Green and Sync inputs respectively. The Red and Blue signals bypass the IN2065 and should be connected directly to the display device.

Internal Gain Control The IN2065 has an internal gain control for adjusting video output signal levels to match the input signal. The adjustment of this control is important to achieving proper color balance when splitting the sync off of RGsB signals since the Green signal passes through the IN2065 while the Red and Blue components are connected directly to the display device.

The IN2065 is not designed to operate with color NTSC / PAL / SECAM composite video signals.

Offering high performance, a compact, durable metal enclosure, and flexible sync separating capabilities with monochrome high resolution video or RGsB input signals, the IN2065 provides an economical solution for many types of specialized imaging installations.
